Yes, and on purpose. Residential and commercial work run as separate programs with separate checklists, so neither side gets a watered-down version of the other.
Who will actually be in my home or business? +
A consistent Moraes team, vetted and trained by us. We do not send strangers on rotation. You will recognize the people at your door, and they will know your space.
Do I have to sign a contract? +
Homes, no: recurring residential service continues because you want it to. Commercial accounts get a written service agreement so scope and pricing are protected in both directions.
What products do you use? Can you use mine? +
We bring professional products matched to each surface, and child-safe and pet-safe options where they belong. If you prefer specific products, we happily use yours.
What areas do you cover? +
We are based in Everett and cover metro Boston north of the harbor: Boston, Malden, Medford, Revere, Chelsea, Somerville, Cambridge, Saugus, Lynn, and surrounding communities.
What if something gets missed? +

Can I schedule evenings or weekends? +
Commercial work is mostly done after hours by design. For homes, we offer Saturday slots and can often work around unusual schedules. Ask, and we will find the slot.
How do you handle keys and alarm codes? +
With a documented process: keys are coded without addresses, access details live in our system rather than on paper, and only your assigned team uses them.
